Quality Policy

 

The Directors of Drywall Technologies Ltd. are committed to continually enhancing customer satisfaction in the field of the supply and installation of internal partitions, ceilings and external facades. To this end it has implemented, will maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of its Quality Management System in line with the requirements of this Quality Policy.

 

Drywall Technologies Ltd. will ensure customer requirements are clearly understood at the stage of making any commitment to supply product or services, while ensuring it remains conversant with all regulatory and technological developments pertaining to its field. A quality plan will be developed for each project undertaken to indicate how the Quality Management System is to be applied to each specific project in order to ensure customer and other requirements are met, and periodic evaluations of compliance against such plans will take place against the methods and criteria detailed in the plans. Customer Satisfaction is recognised as the core measure of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and this will be proactively measured, analysed and continually improved by the collation of customer feedback.

 

Quality Objectives related to the improvement of customer satisfaction and the Quality Management System will be set by the Directors on an annual basis and will be subject to Management Review on an annual basis, together with this policy and the ongoing effectiveness of the Quality Management System to meet the requirements of the Quality Policy.

Environmental Policy

 

The Directors of Drywall Technologies Ltd. are committed to the preservation of the environment and prevention of pollution, through minimising the adverse effects of our business activities and through efforts to maximise its positive impact. To this end it has established, will maintain and continually improve the performance of its Environmental Management System (EMS).

 

Drywall Technologies Ltd. will identify all relevant current and pending legislation & requirements related to its business activities, and maintain this on a register, subject to periodic review by the EMS team appointed by the Directors. Drywall Technologies Ltd. will ensure in this way that it remains compliant with such legislation and requirements.

 

Drywall Technologies Ltd. will identify the environmental aspects and impacts of its activities and conduct an assessment of the inherent risks related to such aspects and impacts, based on the severity of impact and realistic likelihood or frequency of occurrence, both in normal operation and possible abnormal/ emergency scenarios. This will be coupled with consideration of the effectiveness of controls already in place to provide a residual risk. All elements of significant risk will be mitigated with suitable additional controls documented in the Environmental Management System.

 

This policy will be communicated, together with appropriate awareness training, to all employees as well as subcontractors carrying out work on behalf of Drywall Technologies Ltd.

 

Environmental Objectives pertaining to energy consumption, waste management/ minimisation and reduction of emissions associated with transportation will be set by the Directors on an annual basis. Performance against these objectives is reviewed on a quarterly basis during the EMS team meeting, as well as on an annual basis, together with this policy in the Management Review Meeting. This policy and evidence of performance against it will be made available to interested parties on request, and the policy will be posted on the company website.
